MADISON, NJ - "Fall Back into the Arts" will host their third event on Friday October 9. The festival is presented by The Madison Arts and Culture Alliance, Downtown Development Commission, and Madison Area Chamber of Commerce and will be held on seven Fridays beginning on September 25 and concluding on November 6.
The performances will take place from 6:00 to 8:00 pm on Waverly Place.
The event is free and open to the public.
“It has been very disappointing for all of us to not be able to hold our usual town wide events this year. And so, we are particularly excited to be able to present “Fall Back into the Arts” as a fun, new source of entertainment and camaraderie in a 2020 pandemic safe environment," said DDC Chair, Suzy Whitehorn hopes the event will provide a much-needed outlet for residents.
In addition to scheduled entertainment, this event will also feature business showcases, tables and chairs to enjoy takeout from local restaurants.
“Waverly Place is the heart of Madison and is just beautiful in the fall. We invite everyone to enjoy the great outdoor entertainment and to shop, dine, and play at our local businesses.” said Madison Area Chamber of Commerce President John Morris.

- October 9 - Stand-Up Comedy
- October 16 - Renaissance Jazz Band & Swing Dancers
- October 23 - GVRL
- October 30 - Work of Heart Children's Interactive "Wizard of Oz" and MMA/MHS Musical Theater Students and the Madison Volunteer Ambulance Corps Annual Trunk or Treat is planned to coincide with the arts festival.
- November 6 - The Thorns
Patrons are encouraged to bring their own chairs. Safety will be the highest priority and all COVID-19 protocols will be followed including social distancing, mandatory wearing masks, and if necessary crowd size will be limited.
