MADISON, NJ -  Rock and soul rolls its way into Madison tonight, 6-8 p.m., for the next installment of the Downtown Concert Series featuring Jumping the Gun.

The  band will play for free on the lawn of the Museum of Early Trades and Crafts at 9 Main St.

All concert goers are invited to set up chairs and blankets on the lawn for a more comfortable listening experience. According to organizers, restrooms will not be open and chairs will not be provided. Guests should bring their own chairs, blankets and masks. Those attending are encouraged to bring a picnic dinner.

"Jumping The Gun Band enjoys playing the songs that made Rock “classic”. With a mix of Beatles, Stones, Springsteen and Petty along with Carrie Underwood, Darius Rucker and Mathew Sweet, JTG has been playing to their fans for over 10 years. Based out of Madison, JTG has played street fairs, fundraisers, local bars and private parties.
