MADISON, NJ - The Borough of Madison has implemented thermal detectors within the Hartley Memorial. The contact less device can take temperatures within seconds to determine if a visitor's temperature is within the borough's requirement for entry.

Visitors with a temperature of 99.6 or greater, will not be permitted to enter. Face coverings are required in the building.

Although, business can be conducted in person, the self-service table and drop boxes are still available. Most business can be conducted online, through email or over the phone, officials stated.
