MADISON, NJ - The Hartley Dodge Memorial Building has reopened, announced borough officials. Business can be conducted in person however, the self-service table and drop boxes are still available. Most business can be conducted online, through email or over the phone, officials stated.

According to officials, upon entrance to the building, visitors will have a temperature check and those with a temperature of 99.6 or greater will not be permitted to enter. Face coverings must be worn.

"Implementing these procedures allows us to still continue to serve Madison in full capacity, while ensuring the health and safety of all employees and visitors", said officials. "We encourage residents to visit Hartley Dodge Memorial as a last resort".
