MADISON, NJ - The Madison PBA 92 is acknowledging that starting a new school or a new grade can be stressful. So they took to Facebook and asked all kids to help their fellow students if they see someone struggling.

"If you see someone who struggling to make friends or is being bullied because he/she doesn’t have many friends or because they are shy or not as pretty or not dressed in the most “in” clothes PLEASE STEP UP", they wrote on Facebook. "Say HI or SMILE at them in the hallway. You never know what that person may be facing outside of school. Your kindness might just make a BIG difference in someone’s life!".

This is true in most situations. At work, in the grocery store, in the library or on the street. Smile at someone and change their day.
