MADISON, NJ – The Madison High School boys basketball team received the 10th seed in the upcoming Morris County Tournament.

The Dodgers will host 23rd-seeded Morris Knolls in the preliminary round of the tournament. The winner will travel to meet seventh-seeded Mendham in the first round.

Mendham has an automatic bye into the first round.

The Dodgers sit at 9-5 on the season and are on a three-game winning streak. Junior Brendan Mariani and sophomore Andrew Stack have been two leaders for the team.
West Morris Central earned the top seed in the tournament. Delbarton, Jefferson, Mountain Lakes and Randolph round out the top five. Roxbury, Mendham, Chatham and
Hanover Park are the 6-9 seeds.

The county tournament quarterfinals will be played on Feb. 15 at Randolph High School. Game times are at 2 p.m., 3:30 p.m., 5:30 p.m. and 7 p.m.

The semifinals will be played at the County College of Morris on Feb. 22 at 5 and 6:30 p.m. The championship game is scheduled for Feb. 29 at 7 p.m. at the County College of
Morris.
