CHATHAM, NJ - An energetic game taking place in the hot sun left the Madison Dodgers with a first game loss to kick off the 2019 Boys Soccer Season.

In Chatham, at Cougar field, the Dodgers lost the game 3-0 to Chatham.  

Most of the game went without a score.  With only 20 minutes left in the second half, Chatham scored its first goal.

One minute later they scored another, after a save prevented a goal scored by Madison a few minutes before that.

With less than two minutes left to play, Chatham scored its third and final goal.

Madison will take on Pequannock at home on Friday, September 6th for its first home game.
