MADISON – It’s time to bring out the hockey sticks.
And for the Madison High School girls ice hockey team, the 2019-20 season will be one to remember.
The newly formed Madison girls ice hockey team had it first practice on the ice Tuesday night. There were 25 girls at the practice.
The Madison girls have seen a great deal of success in recent years as a co-op program with Chatham. The Chatham-Madison finished 19-1-1 last season, winning the Morris- Union Girls Ice Hockey League Tournament, topping Kent Place in the final, 5-2. The team’s lone loss of the season came against out-of-state Rye Day (N.Y.). Chatham-
