MAHOPAC,  N.Y. - The sun came out and temperatures rose Saturday, May 18, just in time for the Recreation and Parks Department’s annual Music Fest at Chamber Park on South Lake Boulevard. The bright blue skies and slate of rock ’n’ roll music attracted a nice crowd. Bringing their own food and drinks, music lovers spread out on blankets and chairs throughout the park to enjoy the evening. The three bands that performed—RGK, The Lookout and Shot of Karma—all have Mahopac roots. The master of ceremonies was eighth-grade rapper L.M.O., who introduced the acts and performed between sets.
