LAGRANGEVILLE, N.Y. – “Pac! Pac! Attack!” rang through the Arlington High School gymnasium as the Mahopac High School varsity cheerleaders took to the mat in the Section 1 Cheerleading Championships on Saturday, Feb. 29.

The team invigorated the crowd and scored big to earn runner-up in the coed division.

“I am so incredibly proud of this team,” said Coach Jasmine DeCosmo said. “We started this season just hoping to make something work, and the end result at sectionals truly amazed me. I am so honored to say I coached this amazing group of athletes.”
