Maplewood Life Coach Offers Transformational Workshop for Women

Maplewood, NJ December 9, 2013 – Life Coach Susan Lee Miller of susanleemiller.com is hosting a transformational workshop “6 Weeks to Sexy – From Frumpy to Fabulous.” www.sixweekstosexy.com

Miller leads this workshop for women who want to feel sexy and vibrant and increase their energy andcreativity so that they can live a life of fulfillment and pleasure.  She will lead this workshop on 6 consecutive Thursday evenings starting January 9th, from 7:00pm – 8:00pm at Wellspring Health Collective, 697 Valley Street, Maplewood, NJ.

“I am so passionate about helping women to reconnect with their feminine energy that’s been clamped down due to life stressors.  As women we juggle work, family, and relationships and rarely take time to care for ourselves.  This leaves us feeling depleted of our life force energy leading to fatigue and a feeling of the BLAHS.”

Miller is also a licensed massage therapist as well as a life coach and her approach encompasses the mind, body and spirit.

During this six week program attendees are encouraged to come prepared to have fun and learn how to bring back their inner sexy – their unique brand of feminine energy.

Through dance, visualizations and rituals Miller walks her participants through the process of letting go, getting out of your head and into your body.  She explores why sexy is a state of mind, and how you can change your mindset about yourself as a woman.

“My mission is to help women be more creative, say yes to pleasure and fun, and feel more energetic.  Each class will build upon the class before until week 6 when you are transformed into a more vibrant woman,” states Miller.

The investment for this program is $147 if you sign up by December 31, 2013.  On the last class we will celebrate your reconnection with your inner sexy with dance and food all provided by Miller.

Susan Lee Miller is a life coach, massage therapist, Reiki Master and entrepreneur helping women unleash their inner sexy and claim passion and pleasure as a birthright.  She is the creator of 6 Weeks to Sexy – From Frumpy to Fabulous, www.sixweekstosexy.com and CEO of susanleemiller.com where she offers coaching, programs and a community for women to learn, explore and to create fabulous lives.
