MAPLEWOOD, NJ – Restaurant Week is off to a fine start with 25 participating venues.  And if delicious food and great deals were not enough to get you out to one of the town’s fine restaurants, you should note that this year, Restaurant Week is supporting Rent Party Pantry, Inc. in its efforts to fight hunger. Participating restaurants are donating a portion of their Restaurant Week profits to Rent Party Pantry.

In addition, many restaurants will be collecting canned goods during Restaurant Week. Each canned good donation center will have a poster in their windows identifying them.  In addition to restaurants, Keller Williams Midtown Direct Realty (181 Maplewood Ave.) and Le Petit Academy (1529 Springfield Ave.) will also be collecting canned goods during Restaurant Week. Donations will help fill local food pantry shelves during these prolonged winter months.

The full list of participating restaurants may be found here:

Maplewood Restaurant Week is a joint effort of the Maplewood Village Alliance, the Chamber of Commerce and the Springfield Avenue Partnership.
