The Women’s Center for Entrepreneurship Corporation Can Help Your Small Business

Recently my business partner, Sandi Webster and I, joined the advisory board for the Women’s Center for Entrepreneurship Corporation (WCEC) in Chatham, New Jersey.  We couldn’t be more thrilled to help serve the NJ community of women business owners that we’re a part of and help promote some fantastic assistance that is available to small business owners.

The WCEC was one of the first organizations that provided us with amazing support, assistance and mentoring during the launch of Consultants 2 Go (C2G) in 2002. We received advice on growing and nurturing our business, financial tips, and educational and networking opportunities.  Ten years later we’ve come full circle, and now Sandi and I are serving as advisory board members assisting the WCEC on marketing efforts and event planning.  To this very day, we are grateful that the WCEC exists to help women entrepreneurs (and men too), as we wouldn’t be successful without their assistance.

The Women’s Center for Entrepreneurship Corporation helps elevate women and men to business success through education, consulting and entrepreneurial training.  Serving primarily women entrepreneurs across the state of New Jersey, the WCEC provides more than 150 classes, seminars and individual consulting sessions each year for more than 5,000 participants, including loan packaging and business plan reviews for women business owners at three levels.  Most of their classes are free and low cost.

Whether your business is in its start-up phase, or you’re an experienced business owner seeking growth opportunities, the WCEC can help you to own, operate and grow your small business, thereby investing financially, intellectually and emotionally in your community.  Regardless of the phase your business is in, receiving support that will help to inspire and empower you in your business is priceless.
