COLTS NECK, NJ: At the heart of Colts Neck, is a great organization called The Colts Neck Business Association (CNBA)  and it is a machine! Join the CNBA for their regular meeting this Wednesday, September 11th, at 8am. You will hear from two great guest speakers:  Frank Citara, and Jen Smith. 

Bios:

Frank Citara, MBA, chief health executive at Hackensack Meridian Health Bayshore Medical Center:  As chief health executive at Bayshore Medical Center, Frank Citara oversees the day to day operations of the hospital - driving efficiencies to further improve quality, implementing effective growth strategies to meet community needs, ensuring financial stability and enhancing the hospital reputation. 
Prior to entering the health care field, Frank spent the majority of his career in the financial services industry at UBS Financial Services, Inc. as an associate director in various areas of operations, most recently managing the trading desk operations for specialized products.
Franks, wife Nicole and two children are Manalapan NJ residents. Frank received his Bachelor of Science in Business Management from St. John’s University in New York, and his Master of Business Administration from Drexel University in Philadelphia. He is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives.  

Jennifer L. Smith, Vice President of Development: Jennifer Smith is Vice President of Development, Central Market, for Meridian Health Foundation. As a part of Hackensack Meridian Health Network, she oversees the management of three hospital foundations, working directly with the Boards of Trustees and providing comprehensive oversight for the fundraising programs for those foundations. Primarily focused on major and leadership gift, board development, and governance, Jen has raised more than $65M for Riverview and Bayshore, two community “sister” hospitals in central New Jersey.   Last year, Jen was acknowledged by the Association of Healthcare Philanthropy in their inaugural class of “40 Under 40”, which recognizes future leaders within the health care development community. She has been with the organization for 15 years, and currently resides in Freehold, NJ with her husband and three young daughters.
