My family and I recently started a nonprofit, Team Vienna 4 SUDC Awareness Inc. (pending 501c3). The youngest member of our family, Vienna, died on 12 November 2017, due to a category of death that is shockingly unknown to the medical community—SUDC, Sudden Unexplained Death in Childhood. My husband and I are both physicians, and we never heard of this until our sweet, healthy 2 year old daughter Vienna stopped breathing after falling asleep on our family room carpet in Holmdel, as we were on our way home from a wedding. She was 2 months shy of 3 years old. The devastation this kind of tragedy causes a family is immeasurable and infinite.
We learned the hard way that SUDC affects healthy kids ages 1-18 years old, and is one of the most under-recognized medical tragedies of our time. Currently, there are no known causes, so no known preventions. No federal/public funding currently exists for SUDC research. Awareness is the first critical step to change all of this so these unexplained deaths will no longer be unexplained. Our nonprofit’s mission is to raise awareness and research support for SUDC, while honoring our daughter.

That early deadline will give us enough time to create the shirt and receive them before the walk. Gold: $1000 largest logo, Silver: $500 smaller logo, Bronze: $100 business listed on the shirt

Gold: $1030 largest logo, Silver: $515 smaller logo, Bronze: $103 business listed (includes the 3% gofundme charge)
3-Gold receives 5 shirts, Silver receives 3 shirts, Bronze receives 1 shirt.
If no requests are indicated, you will receive all size large, indigo blue shirts.
4- Provide info/special offers from your business to be placed in swag bags for all registered walkers. Your business will be listed in the Eventbrite ad (in the order of commitment and donation received) and included in media promotions, like TAP into Holmdel & Colts Neck and TAPinto Middletown.
It’s going to be an amazing fundraising event featuring: a 3 mile indoor walk, “walk the plank” in virtual reality, DJ and live acoustic music, special drawing for a beautiful designer handbag from the Lauren Farrell NY Vienna Collection, swag bag from business sponsors and more!
Every registered participant receives a Team Vienna shirt with our new logo.
