The Monmouth Film Festival returns to Red Bank’s Two River Theater on August 8 with a schedule that includes screenings of more than 100 feature and short films, live events including a ‘Sounds of Sinatra’ performance and cocktail reception featuring singer Michael Martocci and his 18-piece orchestra, a Red Carpet Networking Event, an all-day Film Expo and much more.
On Saturday, August 10, there will be a film and TV panel discussion on featuring an impressive lineup of distinguished professionals from the industry, including Nancy Leidersdorff of Nickelodeon; Greg Mourino of Blue Sky Studios; ABC producer Gail Barringer; HGTV personality Eric Eremita; and Emmy award-winning cinematographer Tor Johansen. This year’s panel, moderated by Bryan DeNovellis of News12 NJ, promises to be an entertaining and enlightening look at current trends in film and TV production.
In addition to Saturday screenings, there will be an all day Film Expo with presentations and demos by vendors including Blackmagic Design, Fujifilm, Cineroid, BoxCast, Angelbird, Unique Photo, OZEN Camera Support, Backstage, New York Film Academy, and more! Filmmakers take note: there will be free Blackmagic DaVinci Resolve 16 editing workshops offered throughout the day, giving you a deep dive into the industry’s fastest growing editing and color grading software.
