Disability Allies
Disability Allies is a group I attend every Saturday from 8am to 3pm. The mission of Disability Allies is to create a more inclusive community by connecting young adults with and without Special Needs. I know some people from TCNJ and the Friendship Circle who also attend Disability Allies. Some of the activities offered are life skills, music and math classes. We play board games such as monopoly and card games such as go fish. It's a lot of fun!

Friendship circle
Friendship Circle is a program I participate in every Sunday from 6:45 to 8pm. We do activities such as music, arts and crafts, dance, gym and karate. We go bowling, to Monster Mini golf and Bounce U.
There are classes every Sunday, except on Holidays.  We bake lots of treats and snacks such as candy apples.
The age range is 15 to 20 and you can also volunteer there. Friendship Circle is described as a place "Where individuals with unique abilities and their families, teen volunteers, supporters and staff link together to form a continuous circle of friendship. The harmony creates exponential energy where each person is indispensable." I always have a lot of fun at Friendship Circle too. For more information about Friendship Circle, click here.
