MIDDLETOWN, NJ: In an introductory letter from the Superintendant of Middletown Township School District, Dr. William O. George, there was a request for input from all district stakeholders regarding the school district's strategic five year plan for 2020-2025.
The District's 2020-2025 Strategic Planning process is underway. In the following letter below George discusses the process, goals and the input needed from the Middletown Community.
Dear Middletown Township School Community:
In June we announced the beginning of our new strategic planning process and a need for contributions from all of our stakeholders.
With your input, this strategic planning initiative will help us re-imagine our educational system to ensure that we are doing all we can to prepare future generations of students for success.
Developing an actionable model that can be implemented, measured and serve as our strategic compass over the next five years and beyond is crucial for our District to remain on the cutting edge of progressive educational trends. Our goal is to have this blueprint prepared and ready to present to the public in the early months of 2020.
Please take a few minutes and respond to the District’s Strategic Planning: 2019 Community Input Survey. Your valuable perspective on where our education system stands, where we need to be and how we can get there is integral to the process.
