HOLMDEL, NJ: The culture of iCIMS, headquartered in Holmdel's Bell Works, has always included support for its employees and the community. The company has been awarded the best place to work in NJ for multiple years. So, it did not come as a huge surprise when iCIMS gave employees the option to donate a portion of their paycheck to those in need during the COVID-19 pandemic, the response was overwhelmingly positive.

Between employee donations and the company match, iCIMS is donating $30,000 to three hospitals to put towards their purchase of critical items or services, they need during this time. The hospitals are local to three of the iCIMS' locations; NJ, NY and CA offices: Bayshore Medical Center in Holmdel, NJ, Mount Sinai Hospital in NYC, and Good Samaritan Hospital in San Jose, CA.

iCIMS' CEO, Steve Lucus commented to TAPinto, “I cannot be prouder of our employees’ empathy and compassion.
