MONMOUTH COUNTY, NJ: Beacon of LIFE, PACE Program- Program of all-inclusive care for the elderly, remains open specifically for providing home based services to seniors 55 and older living in Monmouth County. Beacon of LIFE provides the following services to help keep seniors safe during the COVID-19 pandemic:

For our participants:
·         Home visits by Physicians, therapists, home Heal Aides, social workers etc.
·         Hot meals delivered to their homes daily.
·         Equipment and supplies delivered daily inc: incontinent supplies, DME, medications etc.
·         Daily recreation calls, recreation packages, daily phone bingo.
·         Transportation to our clinic and to outside appointments.
 
For Non-members:
·         Hot meals.
·         Emergent transportation.
·         Social calls.

Beacon understands the decline that the elderly can have being alone. Beacon is still here for you. Our Beacon Home Care team is still taking care of our participants needs during this very difficult time. We are utilizing all of our resources and taking extra precaution to keep our participants safe. We are practicing social distancing at all times and following all CDC guidelines. 

Also, please note: Beacon of Life is the designated COVID-19 testing site for all Monmouth County first responders. Beacon of Life is committed to supporting our participants during this uncertain time, and serving our frontline workers where we can. We are in this together and Beacon of Light remains community focused. We are here for you!

Beacon of LIFE’s mission is to provide the newest healthcare and social service choices for elders living in Monmouth County. The Beacon of LIFE center was established to deliver PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) services. The PACE model is centered on the belief that it is better for the well-being of seniors with chronic care needs and their families to be served in the community whenever possible. Please reach out to 732-592-3406 to speak to a member of our enrollment department with any questions. 

Under PACE, participants must receive all needed health care, including primary care and specialist physician services (other than emergency services) from the PACE organization or from an entity authorized by the PACE organization.  PACE participants may be fully and personally liable for the costs of unauthorized or out-of-PACE services.  Emergency services are covered.
