State Assembly members Serena DiMaso and Gerry Scharfenberger joined the ribbon cutting, with a framed proclamation representing their support for new business in Monmouth County.
The ribbon was cut, the champagne popped, and it was time to swing! Guests toured the 5 bays and lounge area with a massive video wall. Each of the 5 bays offer multiple golf simulation options, creating a year-round golf experience accommodating golf experts to first-time learners.
The virtual golf range utilizes the latest technology - TRACKMAN - for those who want to play and improve. The technology actually analyzes the player's game, projecting each shot's trajectory on a 9-foot by 16-foot movie screen. Players of all ages and skill levels use real golf clubs and golf balls, and through the simulator, can play on over 60 international golf courses, just like professional golfers. Golfers can actually play on some of the world’s most famous courses, including Royal Portrush, Innisbrook, Muirfield Village, Albany, PGA National and the four legendary St. Andrews Links courses, to name a few. New courses are constantly being added to the library. To view the complete list available now: CLICK HERE The simulator also provides 26 impact and ball flight parameters within one second.
The owners Peter and Jim, are two entrepreneurs who are avid golfers. Both have extensive experience in finance and met years ago while attending Villanova University. Peter Myers comments, "Jim and I have always had a shared passion for golf. Over the years we would talk about going into a golf-related business together, we even discussed the possibility of purchasing a country club. Then when the idea of a virtual golf range began, and we realized the amazing virtual technology available, we both knew this was it!"
Jim Fiore adds. "We knew what we wanted to create, and we had the best technology available, but we weren't certain where to open it. When we researched Bell Works, it was a natural fit for us. We have the business community here, we know business networking can be at its best on a golf course. We brought the golf course to the business world. Anyone can rent a bay and bring a group and talk business or take a break from business and play. Our business fits Bell Works' mantra of Live, Work Play."
