These high-achieving organizations are also nurturing and positive places, with an average of more than 90 percent of their employees believing colleagues care about each other and are willing to go the extra mile to get the job done.

“Atlantic Health System team members come to work committed not only to creating healthier communities, but also healthier and more fulfilling workplace environments,” said Nikki Sumpter, senior vice president and chief human resources officer, Atlantic Health System. “This honor further highlights Atlantic Health System’s commitment to creating a supportive culture so our team members can deliver the very best care to the communities we serve.”
