MILLBURN, NJ - Senior center fielder Richie Schiekofer collected four hits, including the 100th of his career, and drove in five runs to lead top-seeded Millburn to an 11-1 baseball victory over Caldwell in the quarterfinal round of the Greater Newark Tournament on Thursday.

Ben Pampush was 3-for-3 with three runs scored, a double, and two RBI, and Peter Serruto had two hits, including a two-run single in the first, when Millburn scored three runs. The Millers had six runs in the third to take a 10-0 lead.

Mike Kologlu pitched three hitless innings and Alex Byington allowed two hits and no earned runs in two innings for Millburn. Caldwell is 15-5.

Schiekofer, who now has 101 hits, will continue his baseball career at the University of Maryland.
