In 1998 Margot Morrell was a financial representative at Fidelity Investment’s Millburn Investor Center when a phone call from an editor at The Wall Street Journal changed her life.  The ensuing article on Morrell’s quirky hobby - the leadership qualities of Antarctic explorer Ernest Shackleton - Shackleton’s Way - Leadership Lessons from the Great Antarctic Explorer - led to coauthoring the international bestseller.
