LONG VALLEY, NJ – Craig Heard, Republican candidate for the 7th Congressional district today announced a comprehensive, multi-outlet, six figure media purchase meant to ensure his victory on June 7th.
The media campaign kicked off last week with over a dozen billboards covering vast portions of the district that stretches from central Union County to Western Morris County.
The television / cable buy debuted with two professionally produced commercials that aired during the New York Yankees/Boston Red Sox game last night on ESPN. Four different commercials will run from today to Election Day across network and dedicated cable channels served by Comcast, FIOS and Cablevision.
In addition, morning and evening drive time radio ads began running today on five AM and FM stations including 101.5, the largest and only state-wide radio outlet. Candidate Heard was a featured call-in guest on two occasions last week during the Bill Spadea morning show on 101.5
“Our radio and television commercials were created to highlight four of the most important issues facing the voters of New Jersey” said Heard. “Homeland Security, Veterans Issues, Property Taxes and our failed Economy, as these are issues I feel passionate about. These are just some of the areas where I have dedicated my time, money and resources over a 40 year career while building a business and demonstrating leadership in our community.”
Heard Campaign Manager, Peter Kane observed “This primary/election year is going to re-write the normal rules for success. Craig’s early and enthusiastic endorsement of Donald Trump, well in advance of the “Me Too” nature of other candidates Trump endorsements was based upon first-hand experience with Mr. Trump in business and supporting pro-business candidates over the years. He looks forward to the opportunity to work together with Mr. Trump as President. The voters of the 7th District will Be Heard, Not Ignored in reclaiming our destiny in helping Mr. Trump make America Great Again.”
