On June 21, 2016 Millburn Police Officer Lanni responded to the Apple store at The Mall at Short Hills on a theft report. Apple personnel report 26 year old Kimberly Arlen out of Springfield concealed an Ipod Nano valued at $149.00 and left the store without making payment. Ms. Arlen was placed under arrest and charged with shoplifting before being released with a court date.

On June 21, 2016 Millburn Police Officer Lanni responded to Salvatore Ferragamo at The Mall at Short Hills on a theft report that occurred on June 9, 2016. Salvatore Ferragamo personnel report a black male wearing all black concealed 5 leather goods in a bag and left the store without making payment. A white female wearing a beige outfit concealed 1 leather good in her bag and left the store without making payment. The total value of both thefts was $4215.00. Both incidents are under investigation by the Millburn Police Detective Bureau.

On June 22, 2016 Millburn Police Officer Marone responded to a Cayuga Way residence on a theft report. The resident reports between 1:15-1:45 pm unknown actor/s took 2 tables valued at $1000.00 from her front yard. The incident is under investigation by the Millburn Police Detective Bureau.

On June 23, 2016 Millburn Police Officer Goldfarb responded to Walgreens on a fraud report. Walgreens personnel report a black male described as 6’3” wearing a white shirt, khaki pants, and black hat with white brim accompanied by a black female wearing a grey v-neck sweater, grey pants, with long black hair attempted to use a fraudulent credit card to purchase $553.53 worth of merchandise. Both actors fled after the transaction was denied. The incident is under investigation by the Millburn Police Detective Bureau.

On June 23, 2016 Millburn Police Officer Rebelo responded to Bloomingdales on a theft report. Bloomingdales personnel report a black male wearing a blue hat, grey jacket, red pants, and blue and white sneakers concealed 4 shirts valued at $1180.00 in a bag and left the store without making payment. The incident is under investigation by the Millburn Police Detective Bureau.

On June 24, 2016 Millburn Police Office Beyer responded to Shoprite on a theft report. Shoprite personnel report 33 year old Adrian Angus out of Vauxhall selected 3 items valued at $52.19 and returned them for credit. Mr. Angus was placed under arrest and charged with theft by deception. Mr. Angus was turned over to the Union Police Department on 3 outstanding warrants.

On June 25, 2016 Millburn Police Officer Manuyag responded to an ATV accident on Passaic Ave. The investigation led to the arrest of the 28 year old driver Santos Rodgiguez-Ocasio out of Florham Park for DWI. Mr. Rodriguez-Ocasio was transported to St Barnabas Hospital with a minor injury and issued summonses for DWI, unlicensed driver, and two ATV violations.

On June 26, 2016 Millburn Police Officer Zonn responded to Neiman Marcus on a theft report. Neiman Marcus personnel report 22 year old Shane Anderson out of Irvington put on a jacket valued at $595.00 and left the store without making payment. Mr. Anderson was placed under arrest and charged with shoplifting before being released with a court date.

On June 26, 2016 Millburn Police Officer Wichelns responded to Shoprite on a theft report. Shoprite personnel report 29 year old Alysha Murray out of Irvington concealed 5 cans of baby formula valued at $89.95 in a bag and left the store without making payment. Ms. Murray was placed under arrest and charged with shoplifting and hindering and turned over to West Orange Police Department on an outstanding warrant.

On June 26, 2016 Millburn Police Officer Zonn responded to Hugo Boss at The Mall at Short Hills on a theft report. Hugo Boss personnel report 2 black males concealed 6 items valued at $6010.00 in a bag and left the store without making payment. The first male is described as bald wearing a white shirt and black pants. The second male is described as wearing a white hat, white t-shirt, and blue jeans. The incident is under investigation by the Millburn Police Detective Bureau.

On June 27, 2016 Millburn Police Officer Manuyag was patrolling Old Short Hills Park when he noticed a parked/unoccupied Mitsubish Lancer with one of its rear windows smashed and a rock inside the vehicle.  The owner returned to the vehicle and reported the damage occurred between June 26, 2016 at 5:00 pm and June 27, 2016 at 1:20 am. The incident is under investigation by the Millburn Police Detective Bureau.

On June 28, 2016 Millburn Police Officer McMillan was checking the rear lot of 734 Rt 124 at 12:11 am when he observed a parked 2007 Lincoln MKZ. A check of the plate showed the registered owner had an outstanding warrant out of Newark. The investigation led to the arrest of 26 year old Thomas Gonzalez out of Summit for possession of a controlled dangerous substance (marijuana), revoked driving, and the outstanding Newark warrant. Mr. Gonzalez was released with a court date.
