Elaine Pruzon Team Achieves 'Platinum Level' as Sotheby's Short Hills Office Recognizes Top Producers

SHORT HILLS, NJ - Prominent Properties Sotheby’s International Realty (PPSIR), one of New Jersey’s leading luxury real estate services firms, has saluted Associates of the Short Hills regional office that rank within the top five percent of producers in the company for 2017, while also recognizing the New Jersey REALTORS 2017 Circle of Excellence Award winners.

Within Prominent Properties Sotheby’s International Realty, a firm of more than 600 licensed real estate professionals, Associates, Elaine Pruzon, Shira Rost, Neal Zuck, Anthony Verducci, and Caroline Gosselin were ranked as Top Producers in the company.

Within the Short Hills regional office, Shira Rost achieved the highest volume and highest units as an individual and Elaine Pruzon and Suzanne “Susie” Polow of the Elaine Pruzon Team achieved the highest volume and units as a team,

In fact, the Elaine Pruzon Team was number one for all 13 Prominent Properties Sotheby's International Realty offices and shattered a sales record that had stood for 25 years.

In addition, many Associates were recipients of either the Platinum, Gold, Silver, or Bronze level of the prestigious New Jersey REALTORS 2017 Circle of Excellence Sales Award.

The New Jersey REALTORS® 2017 Circle of Excellence award levels are:

  • Platinum: $20 million and 30 units minimum, or 125 units
  • Gold: $12 million and 25 units minimum, or 90 units
  • Silver: $6.5 million and 20 units minimum, or 70 units
  •  Bronze: $2.5 million and 15 units minimum, or 30 units

In the firm’s Short Hills office, the Elaine Pruzon Team achieved the Platinum Level, Caroline Gosselin achieved the Gold Level, Anthony Verducci and Shira Rost achieved the Silver Level, and Arleen Gordon achieved the Bronze Level.

The Short Hills regional office ranked among the five top-producing offices out of the firm’s 12 total offices.
