Fall Registration at The Connection begins October 29

Preschoolers will have the opportunity to take on a specially-designed, ninja challenge course in the big gym for the “Jr. Warrior Gym Challenge.”

Registration for the Late Fall Session at The Connection begins October 29th at 10am. The Late Fall Session runs from November 16 – January 31 and offers a variety of adult and youth classes throughout the day. Whether your child loves gymnastics, swimming, performing arts, dance, or sports, The Connection has a class for everyone.  Adults can enjoy dance, swim, and group fitness classes, or can stay in shape all year long by exercising in the fitness center or pool.

New classes at The Connection include: “Jr. Warrior Gym Challenge” for 4-5 year olds. Preschoolers will have a blast in the big gym at The Connection where they will utilize gymnastics equipment and specially designed ninja challenge course equipment including a rock wall, cargo net, climbing rope, mini-trampoline and more.  This coed class focuses on strength, agility, speed, and most of all, FUN! Classes are offered 6 days a week to fit into busy schedules.

The Connection is also introducing “Art and Nature” and “Play Ball” for the Late Fall Term. “Art and Nature” gives kids ages 5-11 the opportunity to create works of art inspired by nature and expanded by STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathmatics). “Play Ball” will keep kids ages 5-10 moving inside as the weather cools down while they enjoy sports fun beyond traditional court boundaries and rules!

The same great classes members enjoyed this fall will continue into the Late Fall such as: Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Hip Hop, Lyrical, Tutu Tumblers, preschool and girls gymnastics, cartwheels and crafts, Little Stars on Stage, Chess Club, Karate, Cooking Around the World, Messy Play, Kids Yoga, and more!

Children can continue strengthening their summer swim skills all year long at The Connections indoor pool. Trained instructors provide swim lessons for children and adults of all ages.

The Connection also offers a variety of classes for children with special needs including: yoga, swim, dance, and Young Athletes Program.

On July 11, 2018 Millburn Police Officer Shanahan stopped a 2014 Honda Accord on Millburn/Vauxhall for speeding. The investigation led to the arrest of 22 year old Lyes Yakoubi of Jersey City on an outstanding traffic warrant out of West Windsor.
