Five Agents from Towne Realty Group win the 2017 Five Star Professional Award

SHORT HILLS, NJ - Five agents from Towne Realty Group received the Five Star Professionals Award for 2017. Five Star Professional conducted research to determine the real estate agents in a given market area, who rated highest in overall satisfaction. As part of an in-depth research process, real estate agents were evaluated by their customers and real estate industry professionals based on customer service, integrity, market knowledge, communication and negotiation skills, closing preparation, helping you find the right home, marketing the home being sold and overall satisfaction.

With over 88 years of combined experience, the team from Towne Realty Group have all been honored with this award in the past and three team members are six time recipients of this distinction in their field. 

Richa Garg, a Short Hills resident has five years of experience in the local market. Richa transacted over $25 million in sales for 2017 and earned a nomination from Who's Who in Luxury Real Estate for the Rising Star Award.  This is Richa's second year winning the award.

Karen Bigos, a Broker who is a lifelong resident of the area, has specialized in the Millburn, Short Hills & Summit market for the last 32 years, with almost $1 billion in sales in her career.  Karen has qualified for this award, since its inception for six consecutive years.

Sindee Buchalter, a resident of Short Hills for over 15 years, earned designations of ABR (Acredited Buyers Representative) and also SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist) and she is 6 year year award winner.

Daniel Cannizzo, a third generation resident of Millburn, NJ where his family has owned businesses for over 100 years! Daniel has been a specialist in the local real estate market for over 16 years and has won the Five Star award for 6 consecutive years.

Janet Painter - A resident of Maplewood for over 25 years, Janet is an attorney and has been selling residential real estate for over twenty years. She also has a Broker's license and has qualified for this award for five years.

This elite group of professionals from Towne, represent less than 7% of the real estate agents in the local market.

On February 14, 2017 Millburn Police Officer Recinos responded to Nordstroms on a forgery report that occurred on February 13, 2017. Nordstrom personnel report a black male wearing a green sweatshirt accompanied by a white female wearing a black jacket used 32 counterfeit $100.00 bills to make a purchase.
