MILLBURN, NJ - The Millburn girls basketball team built a 25-point halftime lead and went on to defeat Newark Academy, 53-29, on Tuesday.

The Millers, who remain undefeated at 6-0, shut out Newark Academy, 15-0, in the second quarter to open a 32-7 lead at the half. Rachel Hubertus led Millburn with 16 points and nine rebounds.

Leila Dean Stansberry scored nine points and came up with six steals, Ally Langendorff grabbed eight rebounds and both she and Angela Saggio handed out three assists for Millburn.
