Two Greenwood Gardens programs are guaranteed to cure the winter doldrums: On Monday, February 6 from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m., learn how simple stretching from your chair can benefit overall health, flexibility and well-being from Debby Kaminsky, owner of Newark Yoga Movement. Chair Yoga is for anyone interested in yoga and perfect for beginners and anyone with limited mobility. Following the class, participants are invited to enjoy a variety of Yogi brand teas while Debby leads a group discussion. $10 Greenwood members, $15 non-members. Registration is required.

Learn All About Chocolate from the world’s best sources and how to pair wine and chocolate in time for Valentine’s Day. On Friday, February 10 from 7:00-9:00 p.m., Susan Fine, owner of The Chocolate Path will guide us through the world of chocolate. Learn where cocoa comes from, how chocolate is made and best of all, taste the delicious difference among various types. Enjoy a wine tasting and learn which wine pairs best with each chocolate. $25 Greenwood members; $30 non-members. Registration is required.

Connecting people with nature in an historic garden oasis, Greenwood Gardens is a 28-acre public garden uniquely situated between the 2110 acre South Mountain Reservation and the 53 acre Old Short Hills Park. The Garden is located at 274 Old Short Hills Road, Short Hills, New Jersey. Located about one mile north of the center of Millburn on Old Short Hills Road, Greenwood and Old Short Hills Park share an entrance on the right marked by stone pillars and a sign for Greenwood Gardens. Turn right into the entrance and continue straight to the Greenwood Gardens Gatehouse.
