MILLBURN, NJ — Ahead of November's general election, which will be primarily vote-by-mail, Essex County has released the locations of ballot boxes over the entire county.

For Millburn residents wishing to drop off their ballot in a secured location, the local box in town will be located at Town Hall, 375 Millburn Ave. Millburn, NJ 07041.

In addition to Millburn's box, every town in Essex County received at least one secured box where voters could drop off their ballots.

For voters who still need to register, forms to complete the process in English or Spanish may be downloaded from the Essex County website or picked up in person at the County Clerk's Office or from local municipal clerks, or from a Motor Vehicle Agency office.

They are due back to the County Clerk no later than 21 days before the general election, Nov. 3, which this year is Oct. 13. In order to be eligible to vote, you must be a United States Citizen, at least 18 years old by the next election and a resident of your home county for 30 days before the election.
