MILLBURN, N.J. — The Millburn Township Board of Education swore in the three new members elected on November 7. Business Administrator Cheryl Schneider administered the oath of office to Kate Foss, Louie Shen and Alex Zaltsman. 

The election saw 10,238 votes cast for the four candidates for the three open seats. Rifkin garnered 3,244 votes (31.69%), Zaltsman got 2,575 votes (25.15%), and Shen got 2,259 votes (22.06%). 

Berylin Bosselman was elected President of the newly-constituted board and Foss became Vice President. 

The next, and first official. meeting for the 2018 Millburn Board of Education takes place on Monday, January 8 at 7:45 p.m. at the Education Center at 434 Millburn Avenue.
