WEST WINDSOR, NJ - The Millburn varsity boys tennis team advanced in the NJSIAA Tournament of Champions with a 4-1 victory over Holmdel in the quarterfinal round on Tuesday.
After falling in first singles, Millburn (21-5) came back to take the next four matches to advance to Wednesday's semifinal against Newark Academy in Mercer County Park.
Millburn captured the Group 3 championship, and with it a spot in the T of C, with a 5-0 victory over Northern Highlands last week.

FIRST SINGLES: Justin Wain, Holmdel, def. Alex Jacobs 6-2, 1-6 (5-10).
SECOND SINGLES: Bryan Schick, Millburn, def. Harrison Lin 3-6, 6-1 (10-5).
THIRD SINGLES: Mike Mirsky, Millburn, def. Alex Tsai 6-4, 6-0.
FIRST DOUBLES: Jai Bansal and David Sternlieb, Millburn, def. Allen Lu and Kevin Yan 6-1, 6-1.
SECOND DOUBLES: Andrew Jacobs and Jordan Haber, Millburn, def. Jose Angel and Jason Yan 6-3, 6-2.
