MILLBURN, NJ - On Monday, firefighters in town responded to an emergency call at 77 Slope Dr. in Short Hills.
It was reported at the time that smoke had been seen showing out of a two-story structure on the property. The Millburn Fire Department went to respond.
"We responded to a report of a vehicle fire in a garage," Millburn Fire Chief Robert Echavarria said. "When [firefighters] arrived they found an extinguished car fire with no extension to the garage."
According to Echavarria, the fire department responded to the scene with two engines, a tower, and the Battalion Chief’s vehicle.
He also said that the fire is still under investigation.
