Millburn Free Public Library Surveys-Final Week

MILLBURN, NJ - The Millburn Free Public Library is working on a three-year strategic plan for years 2016-2018 and there are still a few days left for public input.  Please take part in our community survey.  We want to know what you think, what we’re doing right, and where we need to make improvements.  Your feedback will help us make sure we meet your needs as we look toward the future together.

The survey is brief and should only take about 10 minutes to complete.  It focuses on library services and resources.  Your input will help shape the future of the MFPL.   This is your library and we want to make sure we are meeting your expectations, both now and in the years to come.

The survey can be done in one of two ways:  online or on paper.  To take the online survey, go to our website and click on the survey link in the middle of the page.  The online survey is a secure and convenient way to get your thoughts to us.  If you prefer a paper survey, the exact same questionnaire can be picked up at the library during open hours.  You can complete your survey at the library and leave it in with a staff member OR take it with you and mail it in.

To thank you for your participation, each completed survey will also be an entry into a drawing for a new iPad Air 2.  One entry per person and you must include your name and contact information to be entered in the drawing.  Completed surveys must be received by the library by close of business on Sunday 1/31/2016 to be in the drawing.

Thank you in advance for your support and your input.  When the plan is completed, it will be on the library website and in print at the MPFL.

The Millburn Library is located at 200 Glen Avenue in Millburn. For more information about the library, please visit the library website or call 973-376-1006.
