MILLBURN, NJ- The latest food trend involves using a waffle iron to make everything from grilled cheese to zucchini parmesan fritters. Dozens of waffle iron based cookbooks are hitting the shelves, blogs and pins offer new and unique recipes daily and tv show chefs are jumping on the waffle food bandwagon.

Liz Miller Boose, Adult Programming Librarian at the Millburn Library, is hosting a demonstration of several foods you can put in a waffle iron to expand your culinary boundaries. Cinnamon rolls, pizza rolls, stuffing - the list is endless!
