On Aug. 13, 2019, Millburn Police Officer Larcom responded to a Hemlock Rd residence on a burglary report. The construction manager working on the residence reports between August 10-12, 2019 unknown actor/s knocked over a port a john, entered the residence and damaged duct work and broke a window. The incident is under investigation by the Millburn Police Detective Bureau.

On Aug. 15, 2019, Millburn Police Officer Manuyag responded to Hemlock Rd on a report of a criminal mischief report. The investigation led to the arrest of 18-year-old Jackson Barry of Short Hills and 18-year-old Louis Gross of Short Hills for burglary and criminal mischief regarding a residence under construction that was damaged. Both individuals were released on a summons.

On Aug. 16, 2019, Millburn Police Officer Pinero responded to Neiman Marcus on a fraud report. Neiman Marcus personnel report 40-year-old Karim Reid of North Baldwin, NY fraudulently charged a $4500.00 handbag with a stolen credit card. Mr. Reid was placed under arrest and charged with fraud, identity theft, and theft before being released on a summons.

On Aug. 16, 2019, Millburn Police Officer Zonn responded to Neiman Marcus on a fraud report. Neiman Marcus personnel report 22-year-old Jamaira Meyers of Brooklyn used a stolen credit card to charge $3520.00 worth of merchandise. Ms. Meyers was placed under arrest and charged with forgery, fraud, and theft before being released on a summons.

On Aug. 17, 2019, Millburn Police Officer O’Neill responded to the Sunglass Hut store at The Mall at Short Hills on a theft report. Sunglass Hut personnel report 56-year-old Patty Pavick of Clifton concealed a pair of sunglasses valued at $163.00 in her purse and left the store without making payment. Ms. Pavick was placed under arrest and charged with shoplifting before being released on a summons.

 On Aug. 18, 2019, Millburn Police Officer Royce responded to headquarters on a theft report. A Short Hills Circle resident reports the theft of his daughter’s black Mongoose mountain bicycle valued at $150.00 from the bicycle rack in his complex on August 17, 2019 between 3-5:00 pm. The incident is under investigation by the Millburn Police Detective Bureau.

On Aug. 18, 2019, Millburn Police Officer Lanni responded to a Glen Ave residence on a burglary to motor vehicle report. The resident reports her 2007 Lexus IS was entered and change stolen. George Brown, age 39 of Orange, was located and placed under arrest. Mr. Brown was charged with burglary and theft before being released on a summons.

 These are accusations. All defendants are presumed innocent unless and until they enter a guilty plea or are found guilty in a court of law.
