On March 14, 2017 Millburn Police Officer Hay responded to the Millburn Car Wash on East Willow St on a burglary report. Millburn Car Wash personnel report sometime overnight an unknown actor/s entered the building after breaking a window pane and removed approximately $920.00 in cash. The incident is under investigation by the Millburn Police Detective Bureau.

On March 15, 2017 Millburn Police Officer Tavares responded to Rt 124/Millburn Ave on a motor vehicle accident. The investigation led to the arrest of 52 year old Kenneth Mcnamara out of Matawan for driving under the influence. Mr. Mcnamara was issued a summons for reckless driving and driving under the influence and released.

On March 15, 2017 Millburn Police Officer Smeraldo responded to a Church St residence on a burglary report. The victim reports between January 3rd and March 7th, 2017 unknown actor/s removed $1315.00 worth of tools from the unlocked garage. The incident is under investigation by the Millburn Police Detective Bureau.

On March 17, 2017 Millburn Police Officer McMillan responded to Bloomingdales on a credit card fraud. Bloomingdales personnel report 35 year old Bruce Moring out of Greenville, NC attempted to purchase $1010.56 worth of merchandise with a fraudulent credit card. Mr. Moring was placed under arrest and charged with credit card fraud before being released on a summons.

On March 19, 2017 Millburn Police Officer Shanahan responded to Starbucks at The Mall at Short Hills on a theft report. The patron reports leaving a Nordstrom bag containing $290.00 worth of merchandise near a table as she ordered coffee and noticed it missing when she returned. The incident is under investigation by the Millburn Police Detective Bureau.

On March 20, 2017 Millburn Police Officer Crawn responded to the Polo store at The Mall at Short Hills on a theft report. Polo personnel report a black female approximately 5’7” tall 180 lbs wearing a red bandana, black shirt, black pants, tan shoes accompanied by a black male 5’11” 180 lbs wearing a black sweatshirt, tan pants, and black/white shoes together concealed 10 articles of clothing valued at $437.00 in a bag and left the store without making payment. The incident is under investigation by the Millburn Police Detective Bureau.

On March 20, 2017 Millburn Police Officer Aliotta responded to the Sunglass Hut store at The Mall at Short Hills on a theft report. Sunglass Hut personnel reported 27 year old Mary Brady out of Boonton took 2 pairs of sunglasses valued at $355.00 and left the store without making payment. Ms. Brady was also found to be in possession of $867.00 in stolen property from the Henri Bendel store as well as drug paraphernalia. Ms. Brady was arrested and charged with 2 counts of shoplifting and possession of drug paraphernalia. Ms. Brady was released with a summons.
