Millburn Recreation 7/8 Boys In-Town Basketball Results


MILLBURN, N.J. - The Millburn Township Recreation boys 7th-8th grade basketball season is underway and the reults are in for the week of January 6.

Longhorns    26          Hurricanes  23

Declan Fitzsimmons scored 15 points (4-4 from free throw line in 4th quarter) to lead the Longhorns over the Hurricanes.

Black Knights 32 - Cardinals 22       

Jason Mazella and Ethan Shapiro each scored 10 point each to lead the Blacknights over the Cardinals.  The Cardinals Brian Kahn led all scorers with 12 points.

Eagles 30 - Hoyas 23

Jack Meyerowitz hit for 13 points in the first half and Thomas Waldman scored 6 points in the 4th quarter to lead the Eagles.

Nittany Lions 38 - Panthers 29

Connor Tuths (6 points) and Ryan Lawler (9 points) combined for 15 points in the 4th quarter to lead the Nittany Lions who outscored the Panthers 17-1.

Midshipman 34 - Huskies 24

Andrew Stern led all scorers with 12 points and Sidney Rabinowitz chipped in with 8 points to lead the Midshipman to victory.

Orangemen 28 - Musketeers 25

Arush Gopalji scored 8 of his 11 pints in the 4th quarter to lead the Orangemen.  Jake Rosenberg or the Musketeers led all scorers with 16 points.

Hokies 35 - Falcons 19

Austin Baunstein and Justin Simpson combined for 15 points in the first three quarters to lead the Hokies to victory.
