Millburn-Short Hills Businesses to Offer Warm Welcome to Pre-School “Trick or Treaters” on Wednesday, Oct. 31st to Celebrate Halloween

More than 50 Millburn-Short Hills merchants will be welcoming pre-school “Trick or Treaters” with small treats or candy on Wednesday, October 31. Youngsters will be warmly greeted from Noon until 2:00 p.m.

An orange pumpkin will be displayed on the front door of all participating businesses and organizations including: Curate, Coco, Flywheel Sports, Deborah Gilbert Smith, Nancy and David Fine Jewels, Red Carpet Boutique, Emerald Garden, The Garden Path, Creative Works and Splurge Bakery. Also welcoming pre-schoolers will be Day Spa Millburn, Trattoria Gian Marco, Babyland, Bardot Lingerie, Bungalow, Moonshine Modern Supper Club, Wells Fargo, Shala, Bella Bakery,Gito, La Cucina di Clemenza, Lily’s Kandy Kloud and Seed 387.among others.

During the same hours, Millburn Camera & One Hour Photo will be taking complimentary photos of youngsters in their Halloween costumes. Staging for the photos will be in the Millburn Courtyard that will be specially decorated for the occasion by The Emerald Garden. A special character is expected to attend.

National Weather Service Issues Heat Advisory thru Sunday for Millburn Township

On July 11, 2018 Millburn Police Officer Shanahan stopped a 2014 Honda Accord on Millburn/Vauxhall for speeding. The investigation led to the arrest of 22 year old Lyes Yakoubi of Jersey City on an outstanding traffic warrant out of West Windsor. Mr. Yakoubi was issued a summons and released with a new court date.
