MILLBURN, NJ - The Millburn-Short Hills Chamber of Commerce is hosting 'A Taste of Millburn' Soiree on January 30 at the Short Hills Hilton. Many business owners, elected officials, and residents are expected to come out and enjoy the festivities.
Area restaurants will serve up tasting size dishes to sample while attendees sip the signature Cranberry Frost Martini created just for this special event by The Hilton Short Hills to align with the winter theme.
12 Islands, Basilico, Benihana, Charlie Brown’s, Chocolate Works, LaPergola, Saigon Café, The Hills, La Cucina Di Clemenza and Tinga Taqueria will all be on hand representing Millburn/Short Hills and Above Restaurant and Ricalton’s are from nearby South Orange. The wide variety of cuisine is sure to excite even the most discerning palette.
In planning the event, the Chamber of Commerce strove "to provide area restaurants an opportunity to showcase their signature dishes under one roof and for attendees to enjoy samplings and network in a fun atmosphere," said Roxanne Giacalone, Executive Director.
A tricky tray showcasing local merchants is planned to round out the evening's festivities.
