MILLBURN, NJ – There were no snowflakes in the air, but the annual Millburn Snowflake Parade on Sunday afternoon was crowded and joyous as the town kicked off the holiday season.

The parade featured marching bands from area schools, community groups, local dignitaries and professional bands, clowns, and of course, Santa. Children marching in the parade threw candy to children in the crowd, eliciting excited shrieks as everyone scrambled for sweets.

Free refreshments were provided in The Courtyard, and children had the opportunity to have their photo taken with Santa while The Funny Factory Clown Band entertained everyone.
