MoonShine Modern Supper Club, the extraordinary new concept from the team behind the landmark Brass Rail Restaurant & Bar in Hoboken, NJ, will open in Millburn, NJ for lunch and dinner on Tuesday, November 22nd!
With Executive Chef Francis X. Falivene (opening chef at Ora/Morristown, City Bistro/Hoboken) at the helm, MoonShine Supper Club will unveil its contemporary American cooking executed with style, finesse and an updated comfort-food sensibility, featuring new takes on retro-classic dishes. From Oysters Rockefeller, Paprika Spiced Shrimp with Chick Peas + Piquillo Peppers and Salmon Wellington, to hand-selected 28-day dry aged steaks, pizza and risotto, guests will be in for a culinary treat.
Guests can savor seasonal specialty cocktails, both original creations and updates on classics; 30 selections of beer by the bottle or 20 on draft. If wine's your thing, MoonShine will offer 50 wines by the glass in 3- or 6-oz. pours, along with another 50 bottles from their Reserve List.
MoonShine’s design evokes the sensation and sensibility of an old-time supper club with a modern twist on classic elements. The dramatic bi-level space features a 30-foot antique cerused oak bar clad in funky moldings, smoked mirrors, decorative wall coverings and compelling artwork. Candles and low lighting make it urbane and romantic at night; skylights help transform it to bright and bustling during the day.
MoonShine will be presenting live music on Thursday through Saturday evenings and at Sunday brunch.
On Saturday November 26th, MoonShine will also open for brunch.
