            TAKE NOTICE that on the 16th day of July, 2018, the Millburn Township Zoning Board of Adjustment took the following actions:

1.         Calendar No. 3618-18.  Adopted a resolution memorializing the granting of variance relief to 55 Minnisink/Mills Trio to construct an addition on the property located at 55 Minnisink Road, Short Hills.

2.         Calendar No. 3630-18.  Adopted a resolution memorializing the granting of variance relief to Vivek & Sudeshna Kapoor to install a generator on the property located at 51 Elmwood Place, Short Hills.

Copies of the aforementioned memorializing resolutions are on file in the office of the Board Secretary, Millburn Town Hall, 375 Millburn Avenue, and available for public inspection between 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday.

3.         Calendar No. 3628-18.  Granted variance relief to Stacy & Allan Kirshenbaum to install a patio on the property located at 70 Browning Road, Short Hills.

4.         Calendar No. 3635-18.  Granted variance relief/site plan approval to Sandra Haimoff Trustee to operate a dental office on the property located at 511 Millburn Avenue, Short Hills.

5.         Calendar No. 3637-18.  Denied variance relief to Scott Lasky to install a front yard fence on the property located at 24 Jefferson Avenue, Short Hills.

6.         Calendar No. 3639-18.  Granted variance relief to Matthew & Beth Zall to construct an addition on the property located at 338 Wyoming Avenue, Millburn.

Resolutions memorializing the decisions of the Zoning Board of Adjustment with respect to the above matters will be adopted at the August 20, 2018 meeting.
