The Opportunity Project Clubhouse is the industry standard model in the brain injury field with stellar programs and services and highly dedicated and qualified staff. We are unwavering in our determination to serve our Members (adults living with brain injury) and their families as we help them reach their wellness, cognitive and vocational goals.

Although the Opportunity Project Clubhouse building remains physically closed for now, we continue to run full operations remotely.  Our mission remains strong as we successfully continue to support our Members who remain actively engaged in our programs and services. Our unique Clubhouse offerings allow for flexibility and the ability to provide maximum support for our Members regardless of their proximity to the Clubhouse.

Opportunity Project is currently offering our services and programs daily, with our typical schedule in place, including Vocational, Cognitive, Nutrition, Occupational Therapy, Life Skills and additional support groups.  Members actively participate via various media including social media, Zoom and group conference call-ins.  Evening and weekend groups as well as individual services are also available. The amount of Member participation in our daily programs varies and may change over time, depending on individual goals.

In addition, our various social media channels including our Closed Group Member Facebook page, closely monitored by Opportunity Project members and staff, have also proven to be instrumental in engaging and supporting our members. OP Members also receive additional individualized support including phone call check-ins from staff in order to assess needs, challenges and provide further assistance.

We extend our deepest appreciation to our Members who are succeeding at achieving their dreams and realizing their potential and thank our supporters for being here for all of us.  Members thank you in their own words…

About Opportunity Project

The Opportunity Project Clubhouse is a unique program created by and for people with brain injuries who are seeking the next step in their journey to recovery. It is the first and only freestanding Clubhouse Program for people with brain injuries in the State of New Jersey. Beginning with five members, it has now served over 600 individuals. The program is a national model for Clubhouses and other community-based service programs for people with brain injury throughout the country. Providing an environment of support, challenge and choices, the ultimate goal is full reintegration back into the family, work and community after one sustains a brain injury.
