MILLBURN, NJ - The American Red Cross of Millburn is asking the community for support for its food bank which is housed at St. Stephen's Church. The food bank is currently in need of canned food for its clients.

“There is a need for this food bank in our community and we are grateful for the generosity of those who donate,” said Marisa Hottat, of the American Red Cross-North Jersey Region.

The main needs are canned vegetables, fruit and protein (tuna, chicken, beans) as well as pasta sauce. It is important to not include any expired food, as it only gets thrown away.

All deliveries should be taken directly to St. Stephen's Church, 119 Main St., Millburn, or to the American Red Cross at 389 Millburn Ave.
