On October 4, 2016 Millburn Police Officer Freem responded to a Farview Road residence on a theft report. The resident reports sometime overnight unknown actor/s damaged a soccer net and basketball pole, and stole a soccer net valued at $40.00 from the property. The incident is under investigation by the Millburn Police Detective Bureau.

On October 4, 2016 Millburn Police Officer Kelly responded to the Hudson County Correctional Facility on a warrant arrest. Sakina Hutchins, age 46 out of Newark, was placed under arrest on 2 outstanding Millburn criminal warrants and transported to the Essex County Correctional Facility on default of bail.

On October 5, 2016 Millburn Police Officer Royce stopped a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee on Parsonage Hill Road just west of the golf course for traveling 73 mph in a 35 mph zone. The investigation led to the arrest of 47 year old Noah Pisano Jr out of Florham Park for driving under the influence. Mr. Pisano was issued summonses for speeding and driving under the influence before being released with a court date.

On October 5, 2016 Millburn Police Officer Crawn responded to Kings on a theft report. The patron reports while shopping in Kings, an unknown actor took her wallet out of her purse. The actor is described as a white female wearing a black/white shirt, black sweatshirt, and black pants. The incident is under investigation by the Millburn Police Detective Bureau.

On October 7, 2016 Millburn Police Officer Shanahan responded to the Apple store at The Mall at Short Hills on a theft report. Apple personnel report a Hispanic female concealed 21 Ipod Nanos valued at $3129.00 in a bag and left the store without making payment. The female was wearing a black/ white striped shirt and blue jeans. The incident is under investigation by the Millburn Police Detective Bureau.

On October 8, 2016 Millburn Police Officer Zonn responded to Neiman Marcus on a theft report. Neiman Marcus personnel report a black male wearing khaki pants and a black polo shirt put on a pair of shoes valued at $665.00 and left the store without making payment. The incident is under investigation by the Millburn Police Detective Bureau.
