At Congregation B’nai Jeshurun, Short Hills inter-generational activities are the norm. A highlight of the year for our most senior members is a visit from the youngest. On Thursday, Dec. 15 at noon, the TBJ Seniors Keep in Touch group will gather for lunch. Since it is the season of Chanukah, latkes will be on the menu. The entertainment of Chanukah melodies will be presented by the students of the Rabbi Barry H. Greene Early Childhood Center.
Seniors Keep in Touch meets five times each year at TBJ, with a lunch and special program. Coordinators of the group are Madeline Dreifus, Carol Chopin, Kathy Kleinman and Phyllis Sorkin.
The Rabbi Barry H. Greene Early Childhood Center has begun registration for the 2012-2013 school year. Programs for moms & infants through Kindergarten are offered. For further information contact Director Barbara Hochberg at 973 379 3177 or email@example.com.
