“Participants will not only have the opportunity to learn from a professional golf instructor and connect with area women, they will help their neighbors in need, which has a positive impact throughout our communities,” said United Way Director Community Relations in Millburn-Short Hills Rose Twombly.

Through these scholarships, child care educators can access professional development opportunities, families can afford quality child care, and adults can pursue post-secondary education.

Women United is a philanthropic women’s group that helps the region’s ALICE population attain financial stability. Throughout the year, members are engaged in volunteer, fundraising and advocacy efforts.
